I am so angry about GMail's new Chats feature. I wasted a few days trying to figure out why one of my friends had this feature enabled but not me.
After a vigorous investigation, I figured out that it was because I had my language set to UK-English rather than US-English. Yanks think the universe revolves around the US. There is US and the rest of the world.
